When we moved in, this kids’ bedroom was a dark, drab olive green. The built-ins had stickers on them and were dirty looking.

So, I gave all the trim, built-ins, and door a nice clean coat of white. The walls got a fresh coat of light blue, and the built-ins got black cup pulls for some contrast. Adding some cube shelves and bins made better use of the space and gave the kids a home for everything.
